shadows.jp is the only place you can purchase Shadows products. We do not sell anywhere else, online or offline.

We do not price our products in a way that we can offer ‘discounts’ against initially inflated prices. Our pricing approach is to be fair and honest. In short, we’ve already discounted our prices for everyone.

Depending on the product, there is a possibility that it may come back in stock. Most of our products are handmade by master craftmen, and therefore might take a long time to produce.

Depending on your monitor’s settings and the handmade nature of each item, there might be minor differences. Please understand.

We do not accept changes or cancallation of orders. Even if you claim that the product is different from what you have in mind, we cannot accept a refund or exchange. Please decide carefully before you make the purchase.

We are terribly sorry that this has happened. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, or there is a possibility we cannot support an exchange. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Please note Cooling-Off rule does not apply to sales made entirely online and therefore not applicable in this case.
