Return Policy

If you wish to exchange/return a product, please make sure the following requirements are met, otherwise they would not be accepted.

• You are sending in your item because there is an unlikely flaw in workmanship or manufacturing defect, and not because you changed your mind or for other personal reasons.
• The item is unused with its original packaging intact.
• It was delivered to you less than 14 days ago.

If your item meets these conditions, please contact us at We reserve the right to deny any returns without prior return approval.

We will attempt to repair the item, or in the case that we cannot do so, will send you a replacement.

Because of the limited and handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds. We thank you for your understanding.
